We understand that returns are sometimes necessary and aim to accommodate them as best we can. Please inspect your order upon arrival and refer to the relevant return guidelines below.
1. Incorrect Item Purchased

Return Process: Return the item to us at your expense within 30 days of receipt. We can then arrange for the correct item to be sent as a replacement.

Price Difference: If the replacement product's price differs from the original, we will adjust accordingly.

Shipping Fees: Standard postage fees will apply for sending the replacement item.

Restocking Fee: All Resource Electrical assembled products may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Change of Mind

Return Process: If you've changed your mind, return the item within 30 days of receipt at your own expense.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refund: A refund, minus a restocking fee, will be issued upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item.
3. Restocking Fees

Assembled Products: Resource Electrical assembled products are custom-built and may incur a restocking fee of up to 40%. This includes our Power Boards, Adapters, Appliance Leads, and Extension Leads.

Other Products: All other products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Incorrect Item Received

Our Error: Despite our best efforts, mistakes can occur. If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via your account or email.

Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect item.

Replacement: The correct product will be sent to you promptly.

Return Authorization: All returns must have prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items: Wire cuts, non-stock items, and special/custom orders are non-returnable.

Condition of Returns: Returns must be undamaged, in the manufacturer's original carton, and may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Time Frame: No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
