Shipping Services Overview
Standard Shipping (Australia)
Cost: $15.90
Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Additional Charges: Some orders may incur extra fees due to:
• Heavy or bulky items
• Specific delivery destinations
Order Processing
Timing: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are typically shipped the same business day. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: Due to varying product sizes and weights, we use multiple carriers to ensure the most cost-effective and reliable delivery method.
Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Residential Deliveries: Residential orders are shipped Authorised to Leave (ATL) by default. Please include delivery instructions in the order notes if required.
Redelivery Charges: Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order where ATL is not suitable.
Expedited Shipping (Australia)
Cost: Flat rate of $33.00 per consignment
Benefits: Priority handling and dispatch using the most suitable carrier

Large or Bulky Items
For large or bulky items, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm freight requirements. Shipping costs calculated by third-party systems may be inaccurate for these items. If required, we will contact you to confirm the correct freight cost. A forklift may be required for delivery.
We may use alternative couriers to those listed at checkout if they provide a faster or more suitable service. Any changes will be communicated via email or phone.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to New Zealand.
