Standard Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders exceeding $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Order Processing

  • Timing: Orders placed before 1 PM are typically shipped the same day. However, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders submitted outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods: Due to the varying weight and size of our products, we utilize multiple shipping methods to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Delivery

  • Address Entry: Enter your delivery address at checkout to calculate and display the shipping cost.

  • Residential Deliveries: These will be marked as "Authorised to Leave" (ATL). Please provide specific instructions in the notes section of your order.

  • Redelivery Charges: If redelivery is required, additional charges may apply. Please track your order and ensure availability on the delivery day.

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: Flat rate of $33.00 per consignment.

  • Benefits: Priority handling and dispatch using the most suitable carrier.

  • Note: Providing a company name, when applicable, can facilitate faster delivery.

Large or Bulky Items

For large or bulky items, please contact us to arrange logistics before placing your order. The shipping cost calculated by our third-party app may be incorrect; we will contact you to discuss the correct shipping cost if necessary. Additionally, a forklift may be required for unloading.

International Delivery
