Products Assembled In-House by Resource Electrical: These items, including extension leads, power boards, adapter leads, and appliance leads, come with a 24-month Return to Base Warranty*.

All Other Products: These are covered by a 12-month Return to Base Warranty*.

Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items: If your item arrives damaged or is non-functional upon arrival, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of both the return and replacement shipping. The damaged or DOA item must be returned before the replacement is dispatched.

Reporting Period: Items reported as damaged or DOA after 14 days from receipt will require the buyer to cover return postage costs.

Hard-Wired Electrical Items: Warranty claims for any hard-wired electrical items must be accompanied by the installing licensed electrical contractor's details and license number.
*Return to Base Warranty means the customer is responsible for returning the faulty product to Resource Electrical for assessment and repair or replacement.
